The K1200TST cold water electric pressure washer produces 2400 PSI, 5.0 gallons per minute of heavy-duty industrial cleaning power and is the perfect choice for use in a wash bay to maintain vehicles or wash heavy machinery. Its industrial-grade Kranzle pump can run dry or on bypass for hours, won't freeze and is self-priming. This unit also includes an automatic on / off gun-jet control with a 30-second time delay and safety shutdown after 20 minutes. These safety features help prolong the life of the pump and prevent accidents.

Kranzle Pressure Washer Warranty

1 and 2 Year Warranties

All Kranzle machines come with a 2 year RESIDENTIAL or a 1 Year COMMERCIAL warranty. 

All 110 volt machines are applicable for a 2 year residential warranty, but if used commercially, have a 1 year warranty.

All machines larger than 110 Volt are considered commercial and have a 1 year warranty.

Dirt Killer / Kranzle USA Pressure Washers offers a one year warranty for manufacturing defects on our products unless specified otherwise. The warranty does not include "wear" parts, abused or excessively used items. In order to grant this warranty, the item must be returned to the Dirt Killer factory to be inspected by the customer service department to determine if the warranty applies.  Items granted warranty status are repaired or replaced free of charge.  To claim warranty consideration, first call customer service and get a Return Authorization number and instruction on a how to process a return.   Dirt Killer Pressure Washers is not responsible for any returned goods not accompanied by a Return Authorization number.

*"Wear parts" not included in warranty are: Pressure gauges, valves, sleeves, hoses, nozzles and spray equipment.

Dirt Killer Pressure Washers warrants all parts of your new Dirt Killer or KränzleUSA pressure washer to be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase. 

Defective parts not subject to normal wear and tear will be repaired or replaced at our option during the warranty period.  Exclusions:

  • The engine or motor is covered under separate warranty by its respective manufacturer and is subject to the terms set forth therein.
  • This warranty does not cover parts damaged due to normal wear, misapplication, misuse, operation at other than recommended speeds, pressures or temperatures.  Any misuse, abuse, alteration or improper installation or operation will void warranty.  Determining whether a part is to be replaced or repaired is solely the decision of Dirt Killer Pressure Washers.
  • Parts damaged or worn because of the use of caustic liquids or by operation in abrasive or corrosive environments or under conditions causing pump cavitation are not warranted.
  • Failure to follow recommended operating and maintenance procedures or failure to use authorized Dirt Killer parts also voids warranty.
  • Use of NON KRANZLE accessories voids warranty

Products and parts returned prepaid to our factory, or to a Dirt Killer authorized service center, will be inspected repaired or replaced free of charge if found to be defective and subject to warranty.  There are no warranties that extend beyond the description on the face hereof.  This warranty applies only to the original owner and is not transferable. Under no circumstances shall Dirt Killer Pressure Washers bear a responsibility for loss of the unit, loss of time or rental, inconvenience, commercial or consequential damages.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped according to the shipping method selected at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll 
also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us 
without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not United States, shipping your goods may take 
longer than expected.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may 
evaluate the issue and make it right.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalize
items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get
in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new 
item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for 
any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its 
original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically 
refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to 
process and post the refund too.
