Yardbeast Warranty

Yardbeast Chippers warrants its wood chipper line against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of original purchase when used in the continental United States. During the warranty period, Rederick Metal Industries Corp. will repair or replace, at its option and free of charge, any part found to be defective in materials or workmanship, subject to the terms and conditions set forth below.

This limited warranty is valid only if the product has been operated and maintained in accordance with the Operator's Manual provided with the product and has not been subjected to misuse, abuse, commercial use, neglect, accident, improper maintenance, alteration, vandalism, theft, fire, water, or damage caused by peril, natural disaster, or acts of Force Majeure. Normal wear parts or components thereof, including belts, tires, knives, anvil, flails, impact hammers, centrifugal clutch, and bearings, are subject to separate terms as follows: All normal wear part or component failures will be covered on the product for a period of 90 days, regardless of the cause. After 90 days but within the two-year period, normal wear part failures will be covered only if caused by defects in materials or workmanship.

This limited warranty does not provide coverage in the following cases:

a. The engine or components parts thereof. These items carry a separate manufacturer's warranty. Refer to the applicable engine manufacturer's warranty for terms and conditions.

b. Centrifugal clutch damage or components thereof. These items carry a separate manufacturer's warranty. Refer to the applicable manufacturer's warranty for terms and conditions.

c. Routine maintenance items such as lubricants, filters, blade sharpening, tune-ups, clutch adjustments, and normal deterioration of the exterior finish due to use or exposure to weather elements.

d. Yardbeast Chippers does not extend any warranty for products sold or exported outside the continental United States, except those sold through authorized Yardbeast dealers and/or channels of export distribution.

e. Parts that are not genuine to the Yardbeast Chipper line will not be covered by this or any other warranty expressed by Yardbeast.

f. Transportation charges and service calls are not covered.

No implied warranty, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, applies after the applicable period of an express written warranty above as to the parts as identified. No other express warranty, whether written or oral, except as mentioned above, given by any person or entity, including a dealer or a retailer, with respect to any product manufactured by us shall bind Yardbeast Chippers. During the period of the warranty, the remedy is the repair or replacement of the product as set forth above.

The provisions as set forth in this warranty provide the sole and exclusive remedy arising from the sale. Yardbeast Chippers shall not be liable for incidental or consequential loss or damage, including, without limitation, expenses incurred for substitute or replacement lawn care services or for rental expenses to temporarily replace a warranted product. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, or limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above exclusions or limitations may not apply to you.

In no event shall recovery of any kind be greater than the amount of the purchase price of the product sold

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped according to the shipping method selected at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances.

If we do not ship to your location, you will be notified at checkout.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

  • Customs clearance

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer


Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Ironva is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.


Lost or Damaged Packages

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll 
also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us 
without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not United States, shipping your goods may take 
longer than expected.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may 
evaluate the issue and make it right.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalize
items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get
in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new 
item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for 
any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its 
original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically 
refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to 
process and post the refund too.
